WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
- Great news! Our 6' and 8' Honcho pools are now shipping nationwide! These options come pre-assembled, so professional installation is not required on-site! We can even deliver accessories with your pool package. Delivery fees are based on your location, and we do not currently offer delivery outside of the continental United States.
- Austin and Houston Areas
- Our Cowboy Pools and heaters are available for delivery and installation for a fee of $250 within 50 miles of our Austin warehouse in 78704, and within 50 miles from our Houston warehouse in 77018.

- A Complete Cowboy Pool Package includes:

- Size: 6', 8', or 10' wide x 2' deep
- The Hastings Black Label galvanized steel stock tank has been the industry standard for decades. It is one of the few tanks on the market still made out of all 20GA, G90 steel.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE THE POOL AFTER ORDERING?
- The lead time is an estimated time frame after you purchase your pool package to our first available time slot. Once you make a purchase, you can reach out to us if you have a reliable leveling/landscaping completion date, and we will do our best to schedule around that.
- Honchos delivered nationwide: We ship out your pool package within 7-10 business days, then it should take another few days to be delivered, depending on your location. You should have your pool within about 2-3 weeks from purchase!
- Austin installs: We’re currently at about a 4-5 week turnaround time.
- Houston installs: We're at a 2-3 week turnaround time.
DOES THE WATER GET TOO HOT IN THE SUMMER?
- Generally, not really. If left in direct sunlight, water can get to a lukewarm bath water temperature. The best solution is shade, and we suggest adding a little fresh water or a block of ice if the water is warmer than your liking. Keeping your water flowing, and adding a fountain in the pool will keep the water temperature fairly cool. Check out our Recommended Products on the Shop page for links to some of these items.
- Looking for something colder? Ask about our heater and chiller combo! This can reach temperatures as low as 54 degrees.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY POOL?
- 1. Solid, Level Ground
- Keep in mind, the pool will weigh upwards of 6,000 lbs when filled with water, so a deck or balcony may not be the best choice for a location. You will also need level ground for your 2’x3' filter pump.
- Though we would recommend professional leveling, if you're leveling the space yourself, the best way to double check that your ground is indeed completely level, is to use a long level or a long straight 2x4 and put a level on top, and check from all directions. - Local installations onIy: If any leveling does need to happen, this needs to be done professionally before your install date, otherwise a fee of $200 will be charged for a space that is not ready upon install.
- *Please note, a concrete pad isn't necessarily level, and neither is a flat-looking yard. You can test your space by taking a long (the length of your pool diameter), flat 2x4 and setting a level on the narrow side to check the desired placement for your pool. Any bumps or unlevel spots will need to be leveled.
- 2. Clear Pathway for Delivery
- Do you have a clear pathway, at least 2ft wide x 6-10ft tall (the diameter of your pool) for delivery? If not, can you make one before delivery? We roll the pools into your backyard on their side and we’ll need enough space on the side of your house to maneuver it.
- 3. Outdoor Electricity
- If you're planning on adding a heater, you will likely need to hire an electrician. See Electrical Requirements for detailed information.
