TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective Date: January 1, 2021

By purchasing from Cowboy Pools, you agree to the following:

1. WHAT’S INCLUDED
Pool packages include: galvanized steel stock tank (6', 8', 9' or 10'), pump and filter, chlorine dispenser, tablets, and maintenance kit. Includes up to 21 days of post-install support in Austin/Houston.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must prepare your site before delivery:
- Level ground
- GFCI outlet
- Municipal water source (not well or rainwater)
- 48”+ fence with self-latching gate
- 3’ clear access path

If the site is not ready, we may charge a $200 fee and reschedule.

3. POOL PLACEMENT & PERMITS
You are responsible for choosing the pool location, getting any permits, and meeting local codes.

4. EXCAVATION
If placing your pool in the ground, you are responsible for:
- Digging a hole 1’ wider than the pool
- Adding a gravel base
- Ensuring drainage
- Keeping pump access above ground
We do not dig or landscape.

5. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We will deliver, place, fill, and test the pool. Delivery is $250 within 50 miles of Austin or Houston. Extra fees apply for longer distances.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Full refund (minus 3% fee) if requested within 14 days and before delivery is scheduled.
- No returns after delivery or installation.
- Accessories can be refunded before they ship (minus 3% fee).
- Post-delivery accessory refunds are case-by-case.

7. WARRANTIES
Manufacturer warranties apply. You must register items directly. Cowboy Pools is not liable for product defects from other manufacturers.

8. SAFETY & LIABILITY
Pools are not toys. Supervision is required. You are responsible for safe use and compliance with local laws. Cowboy Pools is not liable for injury, death, or property damage. You agree to hold us harmless.

9. ACCESSORY SHIPPING
Most accessories ship in 1–3 business days.
