Though maintaining a Cowboy Pool is easier to manage than a traditional pool, there is still much that needs to be done on a regular basis to ensure your swimming environment is clean and safe, and to keep your equipment running smoothly. We now offer an optional maintenance package to service your Cowboy Pool either every week or every two weeks by our on-staff Certified Pool Operator, so you don’t have to. Each visit includes the following services:

• Thorough pool cleaning: skim pool water, brush, and vacuum pool floor
• Chemical balance check
• Backwash the filter
• Empty the pump pot / basket
• Equipment inspection & repair diagnoses (as needed)
• Add chemicals as needed

Larger diagnosed repairs may be completed with an additional fee to cover any additional supplies needed, time, gas, etc.

• Any issues with filter/pump malfunction or stock tank malfunction can be taken up with their respective warranties.

Bi-weekly Service Price: $95.00 per month

Weekly Service Price: $175 per month

We recommend waiting to purchase this subscription until you've received your pool.

Please note: Some pools require more frequent cleaning than every other week. If your pool regularly gets pollen, pecans, acorns or shedding from trees, or if your pool is in direct sunlight, you may need to supplement our bi-weekly service with some extra skimming and/or chlorine on a more regular basis. SHORT TERM RENTAL OWNERS - Please read the following disclaimer: If your pool is frequently used or if you are acquiring cleaning services for a property intended for a short-term rental property, we strongly advise opting for weekly cleanings. Pools utilized for short-term rentals are subjected to considerable usage and ongoing unique challenges. Often times with high-usage pools or short-term rental properties, we find that our weekly cleanings are not always enough to keep the pool clean and clear. You may need to skim the pool or add chlorine or additional between our visits. Our recommendation for general maintenance is using 1-2x 1" chlorine tablets in a floating chlorinator every other week and supplementing with liquid chlorine as needed. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for reviews left on properties or guest feedback regarding to the cleanliness of the pool. Our cleaning services are intended for common residential pools with average use and short-term rental pools may present additional challenges. While we will service pools at short-term rental properties, we cannot guarantee that the pool will be pristine for every guest who arrives. If your pool requires cleanings more often than our weekly visits we can discuss a custom cleaning plan.It is important to note that we are not liable for any damage or changes in the chemical balance of the water as a result of high usage, treatments performed between our scheduled visits, or any actions of guests or the negligence of a non-professional Cowboy Pools employees.

For your and your guests' comfort and safety, we do recommend the pool not be entered for at least 2 hours after a cleaning or adding chlorine. If you are running a short term rental, you may consider adding some guidelines for pool use with your property listing's rules or with check-in information.
