Cowboy Care™ Protection Plan Terms and Conditions:

Equipment or parts that fail as a result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear will be either repaired and/or replaced at the sole discretion of Cowboy Pools™ and at no additional charge to the plan holder. Parts which are found defective during the coverage period, except as a result of freezing, flood, fire, accident, lightning, negligence, improper use, or care, shall be repaired or replaced, at our option.

The protection plan set forth herein is void if the product is repaired or altered in any way by any persons, agents, or representatives other than those authorized hereunder (exception: Parts & Support plan holders may self-install shipped replacement parts following provided guides). This Cowboy Care plan extends solely to the original purchaser of the Cowboy Pool on the date of plan purchase and is not transferable. Equipment must be purchased at www.cowboypools.com.

Cowboy Care coverage applies to residential customer purchases only. This includes short term rental owners of residential properties. All manufacturers' warranty exceptions remain in full force and effect.

What parts are covered?

Filter and pump including all parts and hosing. Fittings, seals, valves, connectors, and O-rings. Coverage begins after the initial 30-day installation warranty period ends.

What is NOT covered?

Cleaning services (available separately). Accessories and add-ons (covers, benches, decking). Heater units and heater components. Damage caused by user error, misuse, or negligence. Unapproved modifications to the pool system. Intentional damage. Cosmetic wear and tear. Damage, corrosion or rusting of galvanized tank or liner. Cowboy Pools™ reserves the right to determine if any damage is caused by user error and which items fall under accessories and add-ons.

Service Fulfillment:

Full Service (Austin & Houston): On-site technician repairs within 5 business days of diagnosis. Parts & Support (Nationwide): Replacement parts shipped within 2-3 business days of diagnosis, with video call troubleshooting support included.

Process:

To obtain the benefits of this Cowboy Care plan, the plan holder must complete a service request form at cowboypools.com/pages/contact-repairs or contact our team with a photo of the issue. Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after discovery of the defect.

Billing & Cancellation:

Monthly plans have a 6-month minimum commitment. Annual plans are paid upfront. Cancellation is available anytime after the minimum period with no penalty. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or cancel coverage at any time with 30 days notice to plan holders.
